High School Class
Our Strength and Conditioning classes combine running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting. We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment in a FUN and SAFE environment. We teach athletes the points of performance for functional foundational movements that develop motor recruitment pathways to ensure safety in movements throughout their entire lives.
Additionally, we layer in information about food to help educate and promote a healthy lifestyle both inside and outside of the gym. This allows the athlete to develop their own understanding of fitness and what it means to them.
